Returns and Refunds

Our paint-by-numbers kits are personalized using your photos and selected options. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Personalized products

We do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized products because you change your mind or select the wrong options, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective item, or is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at art@itful.ee as soon as you discover the issue.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and, where possible, clear photos of the affected item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement parts, a replacement kit, or a partial or full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We cover any necessary return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Cancellations and order changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. Because each kit is personalized, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation will be possible once production has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Returning an item

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send items to the address printed on the parcel unless we confirm that it is the correct return address.

Refunds

We will notify you of the outcome of your request. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not match their description.
