Production and delivery time

Our paint-by-numbers kits are personalized and made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production and delivery after we receive your order and all information needed to create your kit.

This estimate includes both production and shipping. Delivery times may vary by destination. Remote locations, public holidays, customs processing, and carrier disruptions may result in longer delivery times.

If we need clarification about your photo or personalization details, we will contact you. The estimated timeframe begins once we have the information required to proceed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
