1. About us
Art from Photo operates at artfromphoto.com and sells personalized paint-by-numbers kits. The seller is Itful OÜ, located at Uus-Volta tn 9/1-1, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia. You can contact us at art@itful.ee.
These terms apply to purchases from our store. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform.
2. Our products
We sell physical paint-by-numbers kits personalized using your photos and selected options. These are kits for you to paint, not finished paintings.
The product page describes the available sizes, paint colors, canvas finishes, and included materials. Please review these details before placing your order.
“Frame Included” means the canvas is stretched on a wooden stretcher frame. It does not include a decorative outer frame.
3. Personalization and previews
Please check your uploaded photos, selected design, preview, and product options carefully before purchasing.
Where you choose a new scene or artistic style, your photo is used to create an interpreted portrait rather than an exact reproduction of the original photograph.
Digital previews represent the intended design. Screen settings, printed materials, and physical paints may cause some color differences. Paint-by-numbers designs simplify details into numbered color areas. These differences do not remove your rights if the product is faulty or materially differs from its description or the agreed design.
4. Photos and other content you upload
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your photos, including permission from other people where required by law.
You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded content. You grant us permission to process and adapt that content, and to share it with service providers involved in creating your preview, manufacturing your kit, and fulfilling your order, solely for those purposes.
This permission does not authorize us to use your photos in advertising. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Review the total price, currency, and selected options before completing checkout.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a different product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
6. Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping to the destinations supported at checkout. Available destinations and estimated production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.
Production time and shipping time are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request cancellation, report a problem, or seek a refund.
Because our kits are personalized, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless required by applicable law. This does not affect your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel your order. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.
8. Use of our website
You must not use our website to submit unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, commit fraud, or interfere with the security or operation of our services.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You retain applicable legal rights relating to product quality, conformity with the description, delivery, and remedies for faulty goods.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
